MVS Strikers 1945 plus 3rd button

Hi Ive got a nasty MVS boot of Strikers 1945 plus. In the soft dip settings options I can choose button 3 to rapid fire button 1. Is this option avalible on all copies of strikers 1945 plus or just some bootleg carts like mine.

It's an option with legit carts also.

Thanks twalden I wasnt sure as I have never owned an original copy and dont recall anyone ever mentioning It.
