MVS cart boards back side coating

Recently got NITD MVS cart, dirty as hell and took the boards out to clean the cart shell and used alcohol wipe to clean the boards' contacts.

I thought the side of the MVS board was kind of sticky so I applied alcohol wipe to the 2 corners; little did I know, I just removed the protective coating at the corners of the back of the cart.

The question is, is there some kind of remedy to this? Such as buying any type of coating to re-coat the backside of the board?

AFAIK losing part of the coating can rust the MVS board.

I am just curious if this will at least help reduce exposure to moisture?

Update: Got the product and looks like this thing restored the back side of MVS carts perfectly. I am just wondering if anyone has applied this thing on the front of printed PCB boards, in this case front side of MVS carts?
