MV1A Audio Issues

Got an MV1A with audio issues, here is a video:

I only video'd the intro, but later I played a little more and music seemed to work fine, but there was constant noise and garbage sounds playing at the same time.

Anyone seen/heard something like this?

That sounds like a YM2610<->cart slot connection issue since it's only affecting PCM playback. Most of the other channels are used for music instead of sound effects so parts of the music could work fine despite the distortion.

I would check the SDRx (ADPCM-A) pins from the YM to the PROG slot. The wiki has all the info starting from the YM:

Thanks, I think I might have found the culprit. There was some gunk on the small pcb that connects directly to the cart, and it might have caused some corrosion in a trace or two. Anyway to know which pin on the cart side goes to which pin on the interconnect to the main pcb? Does anyone have a map somewhere?

Actually I think I can peice a map together using the signals from the cart PCB on that wiki. Thanks!
