japaneese aes home carts and us home aes carts

what is the diffewrence basicly between the two besides the inserts manuals and stickers on the game isn't the actually cart the same or not i mean they play the exact same from the carts i have seen? could somone anwser my question for this problem on my neo geo games?

they are the exact same thing play wise/homecarts are better if your into classy looks as well as value BUT MVS IS GREAT PRICED but there are boots....you make tyhe choice everyone has a different opinion on this

To answer your question a little better. Yea the Jap and US carts are the same. One could pass a Jap cart on, put a US sticker on it and put it in a US box with insert and no one would be the wiser. Not saying that people have done this but it could be done. I don't beleive that their are any other differences.
