Installing LS-32 in HRAP VX-SA

So...

I am a novice with this stuff, but I know replacing the JLF with an LS-32 isn't a straight swap in this stick.

I keep reading I'd need a certain mounting plate, like an SS or something?

Can anyone break this down into idiot speak? I have the skills to do the swap as long as no case modding needs to be done, I just need to know what to buy.

Thanks in advance! I'm trying to avoid buying a dedicated Seimitsu stick if I can just swap the JLF out of what I have.

check out the kowal plates. one of those universal ones should do the trick.

So the Kowal S-plate converter is what I'm looking for?

The SS plate should normally be OK, but I forget how the brackets are inside the HRAP EX.
I also personally prefer the LS-40 over the LS-32.

I've scoured the internet and I can't find a straight answer. Many of the answers I find refer to the HRAP EX model, but it's tought to find something along the line of, "to install an LS-32 in a HRAP VX-SA, use this plate".

I might just go for the HRAP VX-SE, but I'd like to save $100 if I could.

Yeah s plate is all you need. Some sticks require a different plate or a work around. Like direct mount

I suggest modding the JLF with a kowal 'oversized' actuator. $5 and now you have the best stick.

Unless you think the ls32 is the better stick, no mod needed

I actually found a RAP VX-SE reasonably priced, but I'm going to buy the Kowal for my other 2 JLFs.

Jlf with a 2lb spring is acceptable if you wanna keep the jlf
