I never write in the feedback section, but I thought what Dustin did was unexpected. I contacted him about buying his Ninja Gaiden PCB. When delivered, I had noticed one of the PCB feet was bent but the packing was done well and the box didn't appear damaged, so I assumed it was like that before shipping. After plugging it in, I see it plays fine but has no sound at all. Tested the volume knob, other cabs, etc.
After contacting Dustin and chatting about the problem, he immediately offers a refund of the game and the shipping to me if the problem's replicated on his cab. So off Ninja Gaiden is sent back. A week later I get my total refund + the additional shipping I paid to send it back.
Anyway, The_Chosen_One didn't have to pay shipping all-round especially since I chose to gift this particular transaction, and it wasn't something I expected nor did we talk about it previously. The_Chosen_One is a great member of the arcade community and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to deal again
