Surprised no one started this thread yet.

Basically, same as the other except post pics or updates of any projects you've completed on your cabs.

For instance:

Today, I finally hacked up the BC loom I received and adapted it for my AWSD. I bought a CP from another member to make my AWSD two player. Along with that, I put my new sticks in the cab. Finished off my AWSD finally and it's now 2p goodness.

Installed SF3:2i and played a few rounds. Sticks made a HUGE difference.

Next up for the cab is to fix the standard res roll. For some reason, when I use Standard Res games in it, it has a horizontal roll if I don't get the sync PERFECT. Very annoying and once in a while during a game, it'll just start doing it again. I think it's just a bum pot or wire on the remote harness.

Post up your projects and pics.

This week I finally finished my vertical blast cab. It's dedicated to Galuda 2 and has a custom control panel overlay, english move strip, and a sweet marquee. I finally found the keys to to coin box and found a pair of white brackets to hold down the glass that goes over the move strip. No more having to hold it in place when I open it up! The only thing left is to have the looms adapted to support 4 buttons. Soon I need to pull the monitor and install some yoke tabs. That's gonna be a pain.

My Hori cab has had extensive wiring work to support 360, CPS2, and soon 5 button support for atomiswave,

Thanks. I hate it when you "PLAN" things out and it ends up looking half assed. I really took my time with planning this... Although I'm probably going to put together an MC Cthulhu with the Dual control PCB. For 2 players, it's nearly $100 in parts!

i like. I wouldn't mind making an MC Cthulu one of these myself.

where would one go to get project boxes like those if one had to. i'm hoping it's online and you have a link.

I just went to the 'Shack. Pretty inexpensive.

Installed a new chassis for MK2.

Not perfect, the tube is bad.. but looks a lot better and there's no color bleed.

Shout out to Wataru for the favor he did for me today in relation to this.. ;)

Was missing right audio channel on Super Hang On. Troubleshot issue down to the 26 year old sound amp. Went ahead and replaced all electrolytic capacitors, even on working half. Stereo is now back.

Was this replaced with a chassis from Alva Amusement that was suggested?
Sorry to hear that the tube is bad.

Yep.

It's NBD, I'll be getting a replacement soon enough.

Last Saturday night I finished the first of two xbox 360 -> jamma project boxes I'm making for 300wins.

It may not be FrancoB level, but I think it came out pretty nice.

Here's my 360 padhack using 2 paewang pcbs. Just finished the other day. Added a $7 vga cable from ebay and my tri-sync NAC is ready to rock and roll.

Oh, FYI the green buttons are the player 1 & 2 guide buttons.
