how do you know how old your machine is?

I'm curious about the age of my machine?Ther is a cereal number on the front above the coin drops its 20766....is there some way of figuring out the age?Is there another# somewhere?Or is there a site related to this issue?Or is there someone that mite be able to shed the slightest lite on this?

My MVS Main Board has a stamp that says 1992 SNK Japan on it, your might have a similar date stamp on yours.

My machine has the date writen in it. Maybe open it up and look inside.

I can't find a date (I have a Japanese model so it could be tucked somewhere I can't see), but the serial number is 315530. It's pretty new, I know that much already.

Erm I have a Japanese System
Serial No. 200667.

No idea which is the manufactured year anyway.

The other one is a PAL set (Got it modified for 20 bucks to function like an NTSC system)

It's serial no. is 069325 (This is used as a backup system incase anything happens to my other one) TOUCHWOOD!
