Help programming Unibios

I would like to ask if I need to make any changes before burning the unibios (3.2) rom onto the EPROM.

I have a TL866 programmer and a few 27C1024 chips. Are the default settings ok? The code seems byte swap as it is - is that how I have to leave it or do I need to reverse it?

You shouldnt have to change anything. Just burn and verify.

For anyone that might find this useful, NEC D27C1024D-15 EPROM required at least 13.5V for programming. TL866 doesn't list this exact chip so I used the settings for the ST M27C1024.
