Good ending to Cyber Lip? (spoilers)

I remember a long time ago hearing that there is a good ending to Cyber Lip (the one I always get has Ronald Regan turning into a cyborg). Does anyone here know how to get it? Do you have to know the correct elevator path to take at the end of each level?

I've played through this game hundreds of times (I can even finish it on one credit on occassion) and I've always gotten the Ronald Reagan-Cyborg ending. As far as I know, this is the only ending.

The only advantage to choosing the right elevator sequence is that you avoid those forced scrolling sewer levels.
