Shipping is always priority mail with delivery confirmation for $7 no matter how much you buy. If you want insurance its extra depending on how much the item is worth.

The Iphone has some small cracks in it. I took a picture of two of the larger ones. The rest of the cracks are pretty small and are covered when the case is on.
Also included is the case in the picture and a charger/usb cord.
