This one was made with arcade hardware by another member of these boards.
It is very sturdy and works well. Note that the cherry switch on the yellow button should be replaced for optimal response.
Pelican Arcade Stick (PL-950)
This joystick will work on: PS1, PS2, Xbox and Gamecube

This one will work on: NeoGeo AES, MVS, PCE and Genesis
This controller is of great quality and includes the turbo adapter module as well as three adapter cables for Neo-Geo AES / MVS, Genesis / Mega Drive and PC Engine.
I have used it on my Neo and it works great. (never tested it on Genesis or PCE)
