No, I don't think I have any extra stickers or overlays (they came 2 stickers per kit, and one overlay).

Where are the 'a' boards?...i hate it when they are sold like this....was ready to purchase too!!

I changed the batteries about 4 years ago; I could buy new batteries and change them for the buyers, but that would obviously add money (probably ~$10) and time (7-10 days).

I don't have a problem doing this, but if you want to do it yourself that' fine too.
