That if you're Shin Gouki vs God Rugal/God Rugal vs Shin gouki/SG vs SG/GR vs GR and you do a Shungokusatsu (Raging Demon, 15 hit super, unblockable, LP, LP, f, LK, HP) it does 100%?

this is ONLY if you're Shin Gouki/God Rugal, and you're fighting Shin Gouki/God Rugal, it doesn't work on other characters...

yea they take damage like pussies when players play them. Another weird thing i found out yesterday is that E. Ryu has Denjin Hadouken from 3S. It's done HCBx2+K and it's a level 3 only

i like the way evil ryu is now when compared to CvS1 where he juz a akuma minus air fireball.now he is a little more varied.

is the wait time still god awfully long like in SF3?

i don't know, i don't find that move especially useful.

E.ryu's denjin hadouken's charging here is even longer but the damage is way more than that of 3rd strike.only dumbasses falls for it.its unblockable too.the move charges by itself,there is no manual charging.

Keep in mind that this is the case only because these two take more damage than everyone else when playable. There's nothing special about the two supers you mention.

Probably to keep them from being too powerful. Whether that would be true or not is uncertain.
