CPS2: Need some price guidance

Hello folks,
Since "Make Me An Offer Sales" threads not allowed, I asking you some price guidance for my 2 PCS2 B boards: Dungeons & Dragons Tower of Doom and Alien vs Predator. Both boards are USA & European region and not Phoenixed.
Based on Ebay prices I'm assume to ask about 230EUR for D&D and 250EUR for AvP. Is it reasonable prices for my boards?

P.S. Is "Phoenixed" boards rates higher than non-converted yet? As I remember, the not modified boards was little-bit higher when I bought it ages ago.

Phoenixed boards are still less desired then stock boards, however if you install Infinikeys on the boards, the value will increase.

For stock boards, your prices are fair and below the going rate on eBay.
