it´s a fake, freaked insert.

basically two queers thought that snk was doing their inserts wrong by not respecting some stripe color scheme so whatever cart they held their hands on they trashed the original art and replaced with homemade ones.

And someone brought it, amazes me when one came of for about the same price with the proper insert
