Rob Strangman, owner of the OPCFG website, has completed "Memoirs of a Virtual Caveman." It's a 472 page book, complete with pictures, of Rob's gaming related stories, as well as guest stories from a host of others (including moi). In addition, there are also industry insider interviews, including the likes of Yuzo Koshiro, Sushi-X, Martin Alessi and a slew of others.
On a professional note, it's a hell of a sweet item to cross off my bucket list... to have my work actually published in a real physical book.
On a personal note, I'm excited and happy for Rob and everyone else who contributed to it. I skimmed through the PDF preview and it's a book I whole heartedly recommend to any retro gaming lover who also enjoys reading about memories associated with this great hobby. The nostalgia and passion oozes out of this book!
The book will be available for purchase on lulu.com starting on July 15, 2014. Rob just received his copy and here she is, in all her glory:
