Blast City Power Supply (Linbergh)

I purchased this from Yahoo Japan Auctions as a spare PSU for my Blast City, but did not realize there is a different model PSU to use with a Linbergh. I tried plugging it into my cabinet, but all I get is a clunking sound from the PSU and nothing powers up. I'm not sure if its a compatibility issue or the PSU needs work. The item looks really clean. I'm just looking to get what I got into it($80) plus actual shipping from 96367.

Those other two connectors look like ATX standard which would make sense for a Lindberg cab. Bring up an ATX pinout and bridge the PSU_ON and GND (can be known as COM) and I betcha it wakes up.

I appreciate the input. I have no intention of getting an Linbergh, so I rather see it go to someone who has a need for it. I'll just get a "regular" PSU as a spare. I dropped the price to $60 plus shipping. For the shipping location, I am in Japan, but buyer will only pay for shipping from 96367 (California). Working status still unknown.
