Basic Flash

I'm at work so I don't have time to look up any tutorials and try it, but I'm sure someone could quickly explain how to do this.
I just want to animate something and loop it inverting horizontally, in the fashion I'm sure most are familiar with

Eh its gotta be cleaned up still

Also neither one was done in Flash, it's just an animated GIF. I use photoshop to make them but there are tons of freeware GIF animating programs available too.
