Anyone have any experience writing nfc tags?

I have been having difficulty trying to write a bin file to a ntag215 using windows. I cant find a program to use. If anyone helps me ill send you some ntag215s your way.

I don't mess with them too much but I usually use an android app (NFC tools) to read/write.

Most of the information I have found is for android. Ill probably just pick up a refurbished android anything with nfc. Thanks for the reply.
