Your best bet is to buy it direct from Jrok, unfortunately. A bit pricey too, over one hundred dollars for a component and sync-cleaner. (Sync cleaner is only 10 dollars).

I have another video encoder I would let go for $50 shipped. it works great and uses VGA output. I went back to using my jrok since I got the sync cleaner and now works great with all my games
