Me, of course.

My CD-Rom2 system is still broken, as is my good PC (with Magic Engine), so no Macross 2086 for me at the moment!

NeoTurfMasta, how dare you sell your Duo?
Years ago I sold my 2/3 of Neo AES library and Genesis games but I still retain my PC Engine one. Well, I did sell US Cotton, Air Zonk hucard and other games (I was stupid) but most of PC engine games are still in my hand.
Get a new Duo and you'll be a happy man once again

I sold my Duo because the CD drive was busted. So I just kept my TG-16 unit and cards. I am going to get a new Duo soon!

I got a Duo for 8th grade graduation way back when they were still sold in EB. $300, hehe same as a PS2 (so far the Duo has been the better value ) . Picked up Comsmic Fantasy 2 and Exile with it.

I'm considering getting a Turbo Duo and Express soon. There's some cool games and soundtracks that I like such as Y's 1 & 2, Lords of Thunder, and who could forget Bonk and Splatterhouse

Actually it might be Steve Spisak in my TurboGrafx club, his Yahoo ID is hu6800, and he's very active there, you might want to mingle with him there

Go back to previous posts and he posts a lot there. The only problem with Steve is, he has ego attitude, much like Dion, but, overall, he's helpful and can find a lot of stuff for you.

I think its a guy in France who uses the name Adol. I seem to remember a Turbo mailing list thread about him owning most/all games, but I could be wrong.

Either way, that would be one hell of a collection!

I dont' remember if it's Adol or not. Anyway, I saw it on Turbo mailing list and that guy has most of Duo games in hand.

Talking about Adol, he has lots interesting/rare games on Ebay. Unfortunately the prices he asks are way too high.....well, those are rare items.
Some of the titles I only know by reading on old magazines but he actually has them all....

Lucky guy......

My friend, you don't have job now so it's better to get a job soon and then you can get whatever you want.

Duo is the best choice to play both hucard and CD games.

I really want to collect every single NEC console like PC Engine Shuttle, Coregrafx and so on but unless I'm Bill Gates, otherwise I'll not get them.....

The Turbo Duo/PCE/TG16 was a great system, definitely underappreciated in the US, but a smash hit in Japan, even dethroning the almighty Famicom as the #1 system.

The TG16 had crappy marketing in the States and could not compete with the Genesis and Nintendo/SNES. Besides, they brought the worst games over here when the Japanese hits remained in the import market.

I loved my Duo until it died a couple of years ago. I still have fond memories or Street Fighter 2CE, Spriggan, Dragon Slayer, Forgotten Worlds, Y's 1-4, Shinobi, Ninja Spirit, the multiple Bombermans, and Galaga 88.

Right now I'm on a Saturn jones, but one day I think I will revisit the Duo scene.

you should sell your Duo games
I like Y's III and IV

If you don't want to sell them, buy yourself a new Duo before they're gone

You'll never know
Maybe you'll never find a new Duo when you wake up next morning.......

I have the Turbo-Grafx 16 and Turbo Express units. Blazing Lazers owns, and so does Legendary Axe.

It's a shame NEC/TTI dropped the ball on this thing in the USA.

Question for you guys... What difference is there if you have a TG-16 with the CD add on, compared to the Duo? Pro's and cons of both?

Thanks
