So I was thinking the other day, and figured I would throw this up to the greater forum audience.
PGM carts are all region-locked (not sure if that's the right term) by language directly to the cart, unlike the MVS carts. What I was wondering about was, if you had an eeprom burner (and the correct roms) would it be possible to switch out the language roms on a cart from Chinese to English (assuming that cart had an English release, of course) and have it actually work?
