    I don't think this is a boot, but I really can't tell. The soldering looks factory, it has one EPROM. The label was smooth and felt like it should have been a holo label, but it's not. Cracked it open for verification. I haven't seen one of these before, so any insight would be great...

    EPROM Equivalent for 23C32** Mask ROM?

    I've got an X-men vs. StreetFighter that has some garbled graphics. I'd like to verify the graphics chips with those in MAME to make sure one isn't faulty. My programmer does not seem to have an option for the chips and I was wondering if there was an alternate device name that was compatible.
