I personally feel he will give the ID numbers but I personally don't expect to see him give out dumps. Going on my past experiance with xacrow I can honestly say that because he has added 'Ninja Gaiden II' to his unreleased text list then a NeoGeo version was on a location test like he says.

I don't know what to say about the whole xacrow thing.

He's got these protos, and he's posting pictures from them on his site. He hasn't, to my knowledge, posted a single word on Neo-Geo.com, yet people label him a drama queen. Personally I don't even have any idea who he is. Sure, if it was me, I couldn't get enough of the attention, but I'd also dump the roms, because in my world anything else would make be a bastard. But I'm not Xacrow. In his world, the situation might be totally different. I just hope someone will be able to keep a track of these games. :\
