My girlfriend Roxana, who I've been making music with passed away from cancer on her 40th birthday(09/13/19). She had been battling it for almost 2 years. She always hated going to the doctor and by the time she finally did, she was diagnosed with stage IV colorectal cancer. We tried various options including alternative medicine(cannabis does not cure cancer!!).
The doctors originally only gave her 6 months to live, but she lasted a bit longer then that.
In case any of you were wondering, we had been making electronic music together under the names 'Cylotron' and 'Altern8 Frequen-C'. I will keep making music as I know it's what she wanted. This has drastically changed my life however and the only thing I'm looking forward to is seeing her again one day.
It took me a few weeks to come here and post anything. I figured now was the time. Thank you
