I'm not paying anyone back, although I feel bad, I'm not responsible for what people spend their money on. A middleman fee is a middleman fee. David should have paid back the ENTIRE amount to Chamane. They are his games.

This situation is EXACTLY what I predicted to several people.

The plan was to get me out of the picture any way possible. Then David's products would end up in the NeoStore - took less than a year.

But continue to blame me. It just fits.

Someone will slip up and you'll all see I was telling the truth the entire time.

A few points:

David told me he knows Ray Young is dead and has seen the death certificate.

David said he saw an email from Shawn on Ray's computer that said Shawn was blackmailing Ray over some conversions and that Shawn ultimately got his $50k back from his credit card company.

David claims to own all serial number 000 copies of Arcades releases.

All this shit was told to me near the end. Shawn used this info to influence Chamanes decision for a refund.

Shawn and Simone saw the potential and made sure I was eliminated.

I really hope this forum finds out the truth.

That company I sent the $28k to should be a good start.

Also, in our earliest emails, David told me his father died of a heart attack. The last day I talked to him and said Chamane was gonna come to his house if he didn't pay him back, he told me he was going to get his dad and sit at the house.

I'm done with this fucker and Shawn/FTL.

My time is done - rep is ruined - friendships lost.

All over something I had no knowledge of and the unreasonable request to pay people back who were just as excited as I was when I met them.

I did a lot of shit for a lot of you guys, I'm sorry.

But as a last request, please put the pieces of this puzzle together.

I'm going to talk to a few people this week and see what other info I can dig up.

Again, I'm sorry for the way this was handled and very sorry I got pulled in.

He, brentsg and terry.330 knew EVERYTHING I've been saying from the start, same with Billy Pitt and John Thacker who were also falsely accused of being "in on it"

I would never do what you guys are accusing me of.

I'm not trying to work my way back to this site, believe me - I know it's over.

But even the people who can't stand me, I want you guys to do some research and find out the truth.

I was beyond excited to think that I've discovered a long lost homecart.

I had 2 people who know pretty much about the Neo Geo look over Aero Fighters 3 with me and tell me it was real even when I first saw it and told both of them I thought it was fake.

I'm not blaming them AT ALL. But it's all I had to go off of.

I spent a long time on the phone with one of them explaining what I felt was wrong with the cart, and he took that into consideration before he met me and saw the cart in person.

If they would have said it was fake, I would have stopped there.

Even David will tell you of the phone call to him when I first received Aero Fighters 3 - I told him I was going to out him to the community and send the cart to Shawn and stop him dead in his tracks.

I was told to get a second opinion, which I did.

I could have went with my gut and not released it. But I figured if these 2 people were knowledgeable enough to tell me it was real, there was a good chance it was.

This same info was relayed to each buyer.

How am I expected to give money back to people who knew this info yet still purchased the game?

I'm not a fucking babysitter.

Shawn dragged David through the mud, but when opportunity rose for him to make money, the tables turned and now he's just out to make the customer happy.

Please don't make the same mistakes I did.

Hell, I heard 8man was in chat telling everyone that AF3 was fake, yet he's still buying this JGP cart from the guy who supposedly sold him a fake game.

So far Chamane asked a refund: David G honored that request. Tonk did not.

Mikhail and all others taking side with Dicioccio: as I already stated, if you look at the very first post in the thread Tonk started to make the af3 announcement, you can clearly see he used LIES and false informations to convince people that the games were legit. That is the very heart of the argument against Tonk: he knew and he gained money. Without him David G wouldn't have made a dime. At all.

Dicioccio described DavidG as a newbie in the neo world who asked him information about the neo geo collecting scene---big lie. He perfectly knew David G has been around for long time and is a neo geo expert...nonethelss he LIED to sell the games and cash in his cut of the deal.

As for the poor argument of me or Shawn wanting to make money out of the af 3 scam, it is pretty weak...I do not need to make money selling fake home carts and I do have a real job.

As for you, Dicioccio, you are a sad thief. That is the very bottom line here.

I'd say this is what everything comes down to. People are giving him shit because they've got an axe to grind over other things. This was just a convenient excuse to say everything they wanted to without the fear of what might have come afterwards if there was no shitstorm event that is giving them cover. People could easily have said things to him years ago if they had a problem with him and anything he did, but instead they've opted to use AF3/PS2 as the cover to do it.

As I've said a few times, it's a shame some don't feel the same way about DavidG. They seem to paint him in the role that Tonk was actually in. It doesn't really matter what he did....he's just some guy who happens to be around. Sure we can poke some fun at him, but what did he really do wrong other than to create high quality bootlegs that he wanted to pass off as real?

Regarding chamane's refund, DavidG didn't do a refund in any real sense. He just sent a bunch of his products to be sold via the Neo Store, and the proceeds were given back to him. So saying he manned up and gave a refund isn't really honest when one considers the details.

Mike makes some money, and people still want his head.

Yet, consider for a moment how much money Shawn is making by partnering up with the con man? His choice, his store at the end of the day. But unless you're going to call everyone out and not just Mike...then you probably shouldn't waste anymore time singing about Mike. I'm sure everyone here is such a shining pillar of moral fortitude. I mean really...this is a site where some fuck life-sized plastic dolls in their private time.
