Ah yes, what an enlightened comment.
I also think SF2 and KoF98 are absolutely the same games.
Whatever...
Most of you ppl don't seem to like 2k1, fair enough. Well, I like it. It's neither flawless nor a piece of art, but it's a solid fighter with some really cool new charas.
There are nice gameplay features as well... some say that 2k1 would be too technical, but IMO, all that stuff like wires/counter wires, Angel's Circle Chains, etc. is fun and keeps me coming back for more.
I must have put 100++ hours into it so far, I think that speaks for itself, in either way, doesn't it Bonus!

I agree with pretty much everything you all have said. I praised KOF2k1 when it came out but that was then before i got over "NEW CHARACTERS " and started paying attention to other details</strong><hr></blockquote>
Yes, I'm SNK's former boss. I was fired because I gave two thousand million yens to the SNK develoment team in order to revive the World Heroes series and make another episode of Success Joe.
They fired me.

Back to my topic, KOF2k1 intro music, gwah it seems so quite and doesnt have that rush energy feel like 96 does or 98's intro.</strong><hr></blockquote>
Yeah, i hear you the intro music was kinda to quite for my taste

This is a great game that I hope to enjoy for years to come. I plan to get KOF 96 in two weeks, and KOF 2000 in four weeks.</strong><hr></blockquote>
Really??? I all ways check out the backgrounds when i play a game to see what's going on. Take CvS 2 for example, it has some of the coolest backgrounds(antartic level)ans the Aquarium level in KoF 2k. But i guess to each his own

Yeah... I loved the "London Street"' background, and the temple roof top (boss stage) the best. And, it might just be me, but the backgrounds in KOF '99-2001 were just kinda... bland. Anyone else feel this way?
