I would argue that it's the best two player KOF on the neo, with 2k2 bieng a close second

We have a mvs with KOF2k3 at the college but the 2nd player is busted because last year several people trashed the arcade cabs (the guns on the police trainer were smashed to pieces and several other control panels were damaged on the other cabs). Otherwise I'd think alot of people would be playing it if the 2nd player was available.
