I recently start playing some of the shooters on the SNK Arcade Classics 0 collection like HAL 21, Vanguard II and ASO. Good stuff, I can't wait to try out some of the other stuff on the disc.

I'm back to Dimahoo, trying to learn Solo-Bang since clearing it with Karte was starting to look impossible do to her underpowered shot.

Finally picked up a copy of Radiant Silvergun for the Saturn.

Congrat's, one of my all time favorites and helped get me back into shooters and gaming after taking years off from the hobby.

Donpachi on Mame and LCD the last week

What the hell am I doing though , I have the board and cabs to play it on but sometimes it's so convenient to just start Shmup Mame in a second and swing that monitor in Tate for a quick game in between internet sessions .

Sometimes convenience wins out but nothing beats playing on the real hardware though.

Giga Wing 2 has been seeing some action lately. Crazy fucking game. It gives me a headache after a while trying to keep track of what going on. The screen just gets littered with power-ups, points and bullets all the time.
