You're not going to fit a PVM in a candy cab, just trust me on that one.

You can wire JAMMA video pretty much straight to a PVM with a few resistors (or pots). I stuck one in my neo woody cab, but it's only a 20" monitor.

Instead of butchering a PVM, do some legwork and find a local coin op repair and talk to there monitor tech. My Astro City had a bad compression issue and I got the thing fixed for less than half the cost of your sneaker.
