Clara Hananokoji
Clara Hananokoji, originally named "Kurara Hananokoji" (花小路 クララ) is one of the characters from Power Instinct Matrimelee in the Power Instinct series. She is one of the more popular characters in the series, having starred in her own spin-off game separate from the main games, and made an appearance as a hidden character in a console port of another fighting game by Atlus. In the first two games she appeared in, she was voiced by Kotono Mitsuishi.
Story
Clara was a normal girl, until one day she met a wizard that lives in her city. She then began to visit the wizard everyday to talk and help him with his home duties. The wizard, grateful for Clara's help and company, gave her a golden wand that allows it's owner to use special magic.
The Matrimelee tournament seems to be the perfect opportunity to make her dream come true. The prize is getting married to a prince. Clara accepted the invitation for the tournament, thinking that the Prince would be handsome...
Personality
Clara is peppy, cheerful, and is willing to fight if it means accomplishing her goal of finding the man of her dreams, stemming from her obsession with matrimony.
Fighting Style
While Clara does seem to utilize some martial arts, the majority of her attacks involve the use of her magic wand with effective results.
Powers
- Magic Powers - Thanks to her magic wand, Clara can cast spells that serve a variety of functions, such as surrounding herself in a tornado of energy, stunning enemies, summoning a giant rabbit that can devour the opponent, and transforming into a more powerful version of herself.
- Magic Wand - Clara's magic wand can become a spinning projectile, and can morph into a giant hammer.
