Story
Billy is an old friend of Duke Edwards. They attended the same university where Billy was the MVP three years straight. They were investigating the Yakuza when they became their targets. They were joined by Ryu Saeba, a martial arts master who decided to fight the Yakuza.
Personality
He is rude sometimes, but his friends know that he is a good person. Despite his overbearing appearance, he is actually quite popular with kids and women.
Fighting Style
Billy fights with his brute strength but low speed.
