When he was the head of a violent group, he was aiming for "Duke" but lost the duel and rehabilitated. At university, he is selected as the best player of American football for the third consecutive year by taking advantage of his huge body. Expected to be a future star player, but chasing "Duke" to become a detective. Popular with children and women, it has a terrifyingly ferocious side to sneaky villains.
Story
Billy is an old friend of Duke Edwards. They attended the same university where Billy was the MVP three years straight. They were investigating the Yakuza when they became their targets. They were joined by Ryu Saeba, a martial arts master who decided to fight the Yakuza.
Personality
He is rude sometimes, but his friends know that he is a good person. Despite his overbearing appearance, he is actually quite popular with kids and women.
