You want to get the special bios so you can go back to the game menu without power cycling.

Wow that timing on the multicart is unreal, Congrats FWIW as far as the reset goes on my two slot most games would still work, but there was also a weird jitter happening in some games also. I currently have the reset working 100% in an MV1C. Not sure how it plays with the other 1 slots with socketed bios, I still need to replace my battery in a MV1FS, but it also doesn't like the really long MVH one slot either.

Anyway If you want to switch games it might be worth it to just get a MV1C w/unibios to use with the multi in your cab and a converter https://www.ebay.com/itm/156465824639

B version where each character gets their own life bar instead of sharing a single one which is A. B is considered better and Big Bear has posted that A is early carts before serial numbers starting with 007 and up.
