I have a complete, clean as hell Dreamcast setup with everything you will need to get started. I have taken great care of this stuff! Items are as follows:
MINT Sega Dreamcast(Smash Pack version), 100% complete in box.
Sega DC Controller (Red) MINT in box.

Sega Mouse, MINT... may have box I have to look.
