Odd stuck control line...

Hey folks,

I have an odd MV1FZ here... Player 1 Select is stuck on, I believe that's pin 26 on the JAMMA connector. Resistance checks to +5 and ground are the same as all the other pins, but I replaced the R/C SIP to no effect. Also replaced the NEO-C1 chip to no effect, Still stuck on.

Have any of you seen that behavior before?

Found it. It was a problem with my testbed thanks to a very messy bench.

On the plus side, I have a NEO-C1 chip going in the parts drawers in case I need one in the future or someone needs to buy one from me.
