19XX:
- Arcade (CPS2)
- MAME
- Capcom Arcade stadium (switch)

This one recently released for the Switch, so i thought a few of you guys could be interested in trying it out.

Samurai Aces aka Sengoku Ace:
- Arcade
- MAME
- PS2
-Switch

First game in the "Ace" series that always gets much less attention then it's sequel Sengoku Blade.

Gekirindan:
- Arcade (F3)
- MAME
- Saturn
- Taito Legends (Xbox;PS2)

An underrated shooter with some cool Toaplan vibes.

Edit:If i forgot something important about any of these games (score differences; ports; etc.) please let me know so i can add the info.

It does matter, thanks a lot for the heads up. But seems like the old thread with the past games is no longer available, i tried to look it up before posting...
Anyway, seems like i can't change the poll right now, only the post content.

Any comments/suggestions are welcome.

here is the current rolling sign-up list with past games...

You could always PM Rot to ask him to nuke this thread or you can start a new one if want?

Also seems like we played it in 2017:
2017
January - Battle Garegga
February - In the Hunt
March - Gradius II
April - Progear & Andro Dunos
May - Ketsui
June - Batsugun & 19XX
July - Shienryu
August - Donpachi
Sept - Dimhoo
October -Gradius 5
November - Galaga '88
December - Air Busters

Seems to be a 2 year cycle on this one...carry on

What about Great Mahou/Dimahoo in place of 19XX?

Edit: It was done in 2017, dunno if that's old enough for another consideration.

Damn just sold my Gekirindan F3 board! Never played Sengoku Ace before, so that gets my vote.

If it ends up being Gekirindan and you need to play console, do the Taito Legends version. The Saturn port is all jacked up.

Dang. I was just reading about that. I popped it in here and ... yah. It's fucked. Scrolling glitches, weird little pauses, and flickering UI elements... Music is cool, but the game is too broken to enjoy.

Too bad. I wish I knew this before I voted for it.

One thing I wanted to clear up is that there is indeed a proper TATE mode in this game on Saturn. Some reports say that there isn't.

Seems like Gekirindan and Samurai Aces (both have never been played before) already have some decent voting. If everyone agrees, i will leave those two up for decision.
