FOXEN bad seller alert

Sorry to air our dirty laundry here but with all of us contacting mods multiple times and not getting any help whatsoever i have no where else to turn.

It regards FOXEN selling metal slug carts 1-4 it seems he is just stringing us along now he says after promising to send out all the carts due to finacial hardship if i released funds to him to post me and other buyers our metal slug carts out in the next couple of days, im sorry but excuse after excuse has come and gone and nothing arrives it seems this bloke is out to rip us off, now he says he cant send them out till next month.

I dont know how much other people have paid but he has took $110 of my cash alone, im really disapointed in the admin on here it really does seem they dont care atm and im sorry to say that ive contacted seperate mods at no less then 3 times without a reply

I ask once again moderators can someone please step in and help us the buyers on this item

1) It's not the moderators' job to protect you financially.

2) Foxen has had a sketchy selling history. He sold a ton of marquees as "new old stock" when they were used, pissed off a lot of people at klov. IIRC I think there may have been another problem with him. Do your research on someone you are planning on doing business with.

3) This belongs in the feedback forum.

I did do my reserach actually and questioned him on the flyers and he gave no reply, im asking moderators only for help no negative comments please thank you.

Oh and just to add i never mentioned any financial help from a mod did i!

How can the mods possibly help you? Ban the guy so you no longer have a way to contact him, maybe?

I have been watching this thread (because I am bored) and it has looked fishy for a while.

The sellers communication has been pretty bad but he stated that someone died and he is responsible for planning the wake/funeral. The (possible) problem I saw with this is that the person died after the seller received payment from everyone. (Early Feb and the person died a few days later?) He posted today that the person should be buried before long. I feel bad if someone died but this is also a common excuse people use to delay things.

I mean certainly by now, a funeral should have happened or a date should have been set for this. This would allow an end date that people could look at as to when the stuff would ship.

My suggestions...I would drop Tonk or Bulletnyourass a PM as they are really good about following up on sales threads. I would also drop a link of that topic in this topic and this should probably be moved to feedback.

Again i never said ban did i, you need to think before you type they could halt his buying/selling privlages, have a chat with him, im surprised at how someone can be so negative we are only asking for help, this would have been well on it's way to have been sorted on NTSC/killerkabs.

I suggest you and the other two buyers, list what you bought from Foxen and how much each of you sent him. (Either in this thread or the original thread) This would make a record of what you all are out so far.

It looked like he sold multiple copies of some games even though the orignal sales post didn't state that he had multiple copies for sale. I know that he later stated that he had extras but this seemed a little fishy, as he didn't really list which games he was talking about.

Anyway...good luck and I hope this all works out. I know that Phillip (bulletnyour ass) was looking into this, so I'm not sure if he found out anything or not.
