I bought #4 from him awhile ago. I asked him about the status after not receiving shipping info for a week or so, and he told me that he was having some family troubles and that he would sort it out soon.
Still haven't gotten shipping notification, but it's only been a few days since my last contact with him.

Hello everyone. And sorry for not getting back to you all sooner. I just lost a member of my family and am the only one planning the wake/funeral. I've been away from home since. I know this is frustrating, but please be patient. I will send each of you a FREE MVS game, for the inconvience this has caused. As for the games being sold twice (I have duplicates of most games and was able to sell more than one). I tried getting back to everyone on the PM, sorry if I haven't, I'm just stressing out and a lot on my plate. I have all of your information (address's and all) The first opportunity I get you will all get your items shipped out, with free mvs and maybe more goodies. If you have any other questions please pm me. Sorry again for the bad communication.

Im just letting the other buyers of foxen's mvs carts im releasing the funds so he can send me and you the items out due to his financial hardship he cant send them till paypal release's my funds to him, ive deceided to overide what paypal say which is once i close the dispute i opened it cannot be rectified via paypal, afterall i feel i must give the chap the benefit of the douht so i hope he is true to his word, please keep in touch fellow buyers from foxen regards george.

GeorgeM, I can't thank you enough, I know it was hard what you did..but because I have no money left (and all of the money from the sales are going toward burial)..He didn't have insurance
. I just wanted to say publicly thank you, as well as keep everyone else informed about what's going on. I appreciate all of you patience, as I know it's frustrating paying for something and not getting it right away. I thank you for that. I'm still not home and we still haven't done the wake...damn catholics
