Wrong area to post too as well!
Should be in "everything else" section.

I offered to refund this individual the whole whopping 15 dollars. But, they refused. I have done high dollar items with other individuals with absolute success. I take blame for not clearly stating it was a repo, but this individual never asked questions and was provided photos of the marquee. I think Admin should address this slandering that is in the wrong part of the forum. This is harassment even after the fact that i offered a refund.

So I get this PM from Foxen after I got the repro item and asked for a refund:

First off you had a clear picture of what the item was, and as to the price should have told you this was indeed a repo. You asked no questions and i didn't word it in a way that would make you feel it was a repo or a original. The fact that you didn't get what you intended to get is completely your fault, although i do feel sorry for you... I will not issue a refund based solely on you didn't ask questions and weren't sure what you were getting. If you weren't sure what you were getting, you should have asked questions before you offered and then paid. I can't be held liable for the in-actions of others. You have cost me time/effort in having to deal with something that should have been discussed before you paid me or even offered...sorry, but because this is a poor excuse i can't issue you a refund.

That doesn't sound like an offer to me. Then suddenly today, when Foxen wants to start selling stuff again, I get this PM:

Hello there, after a while off i'm finally back on the boards. Even though I gave you pictures and was never asked questions, i feel that i didn't Clearly describe the marquee and since you were new you didn't know. I would like to refund the 10$ to you in good faith and good business. I don't want to misrepresent my items or me. I hope you forgive me and accept my appologies. But in the future make sure you ask a lot of questions, people don't really know what they have some times..

Starting to sound like less and less of a "refund" and more and more like a "keep your mouth shut bribe." (btw, "10$" != "the whole whopping 15 dollars"). And it is not slander (or libel, more accurately in this case) if it is true.

I thought it was 10, but 15 is what I sold it for so that's what I would have given you a refund, I just forgot how much I sold it for. I haven't been on these boards in a while as I have a job and travel ;) . So you can either accept the refund or not, but I think you are making it very clear that you would rather just be angry and not get a refund. You can say what you will, but you don't want a refund so zip it. I just seems you don't want the refund so you have a right to complain. Which even after you got the refund I could handle sharing this bad transaction with others, but they need to look at my other trades for a lot more money than 15 dollars. But to just keep complaining as you are isn't really constructive.

He offered you a refund and you refused because you're dumb. You're arguing with someone trying to make things right, you're lucky he even offered a refund.

Instead of coming out on top with a free MM repro, you paid for a $15 fake MM.

What exactly constitutes a banable offense here on the Neo boards? I would think with Mr. Foxen track record he'd be a good candidate to be banned. I do appreciate the fact that members here were quick to jump on this thread and clear up the matter. Good looking out.

How is Foxen a candidate for banning?

Scammer - refund = banned.

LOL, banned for offering a refund Please tell me your kidding. Just because he's a retard and wants to hold this over my head and won't take a refund doesn't make me bannable. At this point he has made it very clear he doesn't want to accept my refund and wants to drag this out so he can look good and I will look bad. I tried to make this right, that's all I can do. Now he is just acting like a child. I can't believe some of you can't see what is going on here. I sold an inferior product for 15 dollars. After he saw pictures and asked absolutely no questions. I'm offering a refund because I'm doing what's right and am not a scammer (as you can see me other transactions for a lot more money). He is saying no to the refund and wants to hold it over my head like a little school girl. I've made it clear that I should have and from now on will make all my items for sale, VERY clear to what they are so I don't run in to this again.

P.s. Since this thread is ruined i'm going to start another as I really would like to sell these items. Ask as many questions as possible and look at my other transactions, and not just this one. I've tried to make things right, but doesn't appear that this will come to an end.

Clear what up? The fact that he doesn't want a refund and wants to complain and says i'm a scammer. For the record Scammers don't offer refunds. No offense but your post makes no sense. Track record, this is the only bad seller/buyer transaction i've had. If i truely wanted to scam wouldn't I have done it with someone that gave me more than 15$, like the other transactions that went smoothly. Track record means that i have a history of this here, not just 1 bad transaction, but you'll learn that after you graduate high school. Next time think before you write.

I know nobody here cares about the members over at KLoV's message board, but this guy also just got through ripping off a bunch of people over there (sold lots of supposedly NOS marquees that turned out to be used, tried to lie and say it was his friend's fault, said he would make good on his mistakes and never did anything, etc., etc.).

Not saying don't buy, but definitely BEWARE.

EDIT: And please don't PM me, Foxen. Much like everyone else I have no interest in anything you have to say.

Well everyone that wanted a refund is getting one, Except Texas because he's being unreasonable. So don't drag me through the mud idiot. Those who are interested please read the whole story as well as people satisfied with their refunds.

Bunch of BS. Not to be believed. Here's some more fuel for the fire:

http://forums.webmagic.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=493595&page=0&fpart=1&vc=1

You'll note that nobody has reported Foxen making anything 'right' or issuing any refunds. Just a bunch of guys who got ripped off and couldn't get their money back from PayPal because Foxen emptied his balance too quickly.

EDIT: After posting this it seems that Foxen has started issuing some refunds (although it seems he is only doing partials).

I don't have an opinion on the whole matter, never dealt with the guy before (but never would based on what I've seen), just providing the info as it appears.
