Okay, I've got a problem with addywayway, aka, Will Henley

Okay so I traded my gameboy micro package with addywayway for a gamecube package. I sent the bundle out on 12/27/06 UPS Ground. The package was received 12/29/06, see here: http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/...umber1=1ZT8Y9820396169624&track.x=0&track.y=0

On 1/3/07 addywayway informed me that he was going out of the country. Here's his PM from 01-03-2007, 11:23 AM:

just sending a pm to inform you that ive gone out of the country for family reasons. i had the cube sent from work yesterday and will get you the tr# hopefully tonight. ive included a whole lot of niche items to make up for the delay.
im sitting in the airport at the moment and will be able to check email every other day or so as my father does not have email in iceland. but wanted to inform you why i havent been intouch!
between the new store opening and now my father it seems that i will never get anything done!

yeah it is. For the member who traded, you can try to file a mail fraud claim with the USPS, and you can also report someone for internet fraud, I just dont know how you do it..

For the the member witht he ds game, if you paid paypal file a claim. It usually gets them to come crawling out of wherever there hiding.

The locations listed and his typing style are very reminiscent of Will Henley, aka Aaron Lewis, aka Dir_en_grey, etc. Then I saw the picture he posted in unrelated and it looks a lot like him. Will posted pics in the past where he was covered in tats, and on his blog he talked about moving to Oregon. Didn't he also use Cordova TN as a shipping address?

I bet this guy is Will, who is a scamming piece of shit who apparently has no remorse for taking people's goods/money. I guess he can keep coming back and making accounts a couple of times a year, scam some members, and continue getting away with it over and over. :oh_no:

GD, can you find that other picture of Aaron Lewis? Maybe we could compare the two and close the case.

It's Will. Look at this guy's post history. His posting style, grammar, attitude and the topics he posts about are identical. I think the picture Will posted is way back in the earlier part of the photo thread.

I guess he can keep coming back and stealing from people with zero repercussions..

So far there are two members he's scammed this time. Are there any more? If so, please post in this thread. Post all relevant info including PM's, shipping addresses, and what he stole. Everyone involved needs to file fraud claims against this sack of shit. If he gets reported for mail fraud enough times, maybe the USPS will do something about it. Theives belong behind bars, so let's make it happen.

Worthless scumbag. I see there's often 1 guest viewing this thread, I wouldn't be surprised if it was Will.

I'll see if I can find it, but it'll have to be when I get off of work (Photobucket is blocked).

What we need is an all-in-one Will Henley scammer thread. It would have all the aliases he's used, all the shipping addresses and members scammed, and we would have this info in one place. Getting organized to inform people about him might keep him from getting away with this shit again and again. I guess I can do it if no one else wants to. He never scammed me, but I hate thieves, and I hate seeing them get away with theft repeatedly without repercussions.

Knowing Will, he has already abandoned the addy account and has a new one lined up and ready to scam when the noob paranoia dies down.

Haha, good old Will, refusing to address reality. He's fucking caught and he's still using the "Lynn Gillespie" alias. The old "incorrect address" bit is another longtime tradition of Will's. If you do see anything, it's only because he's worried about repercussions of mail fraud.
