It is commonly stated I don't play games... but essentially the only games i play are the games i grew up with... and enjoy immensely...
Metal Slug 1... Zelda on the Snes... and wait for it... Gunstar heroes on the MD...
They are the only games I play... one set is for a quick buzz... the other is a long term project (Like Zelda)...

Same here. I'm stuck playing the shit I loved as a kid most of the time and hardly want to bother playing anything new unless it's some remake of something I loved as a kid lol.
My Go to games are Punch Out, Sor2, and Samsho 3. Although I don't play games as much as I use to, It's 8-16 bit gen for me. I would be just fine without touching anything past that gen for the rest of my life.

There are games that make good use of it, other games that make use of it simply because Atari was a buncha goddam tards who released a 3-button controller in the mid-90s. The controller takes a lot of shit, but it fits comfortably in the hand. The d-pad is a bit shallow, but otherwise I don't think it's deserving of the criticism. Seems to be another case of YT faggotry bandwagon shit. "LOLZ LOOK AT THIS CONTROLLER, THEY PUT A TELEPHONE PAD ON IT ROFLZ OMG IT'S RETRO!" It's better than the SMS pad. The Pro pad should've been the standard pad, just fuckin' idiotic to release the original one w/3 buttons.
However, at today's Jag prices I really don't recommend getting into the system until the SD card is out. It was a fun little oddity to collect for, but the state of the retro market makes it prohibitively expensive considering the overall lack of quality titles.

NES didn't get real popular in the UK. We all had C64s then Amigas. Or Spectrums or Atari STs if one was unfortunate.

Anything starting with the PS3/360 and upwards. So I guess 2005-present. I got a Wii and some games still but only use it to play what I had on the VC.
A few times a year I'll walk into the Sony store and I'll be super impressed with what games look like now, not gonna lie. Just don't care to play.
