Deer boudin from a place called Chops in Louisiana. Good shit, dad gave me a big bag full of frozen jalapeno deer sausage, pan deer sausage and deer chorizo. Its some good eating. Ill be slowly enjoying these items. Besides the Boudin everything else was made from deer he shot and had processed at some place between houston and San antonio.

Made some oven fried Tilapia, garlic rice & potato & leek soup.

The breading on my fish was under-seasoned, so I had to eat it mixed up with the rice.

No, I should go check that out. The only British-style pub I know of in Sac is "Streets of London" and it's awful. Thanks for the tip!

And AJ, what the hell is in these pies that you're eating? There's nothing that I can think of in a shepherd's pie that should give anyone "mad gas". Maybe try making one from scratch? It's pretty easy...
