XRGB 3 question

I've been looking at one of these and I see it has a DVI out. I was wondering if anyone knew weather or not a monitor with dual-link DVI would be compatible with it?

I just got my XRGB-3 in the mail yesterday, and I have yet to get mine to run through the DVI output. The lowest resolution it outputs is 1024 x 768, so I'm guessing it has to be dual-link and not single link.

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to get the XRGB-3 to run through the DVI/HDMI input on a Samsung DLP HLR5067W. I was using this cable here.

Is this not the right cable? Is it just not possible on my TV?

Any idea what the max resolution is? I think dual link goes up to 2560 x 1600? Could you post a picture of the DVI "out" or tell me if it matches this second port down on this picture ?

Out is the forth one down, PC in is the second one down.

These are the three resolution options for the unit:

1024 x 768
1280 x 1024
1600 x 1200

So far I haven't been able to get DVI to work. I just keep getting a "Output not supported" message or something along those lines. Hopefully, you'll have more luck than I have.

Can anyone read japanese? I really want (read: need) a translation of the menu's and remote. I have figured out what some of the options do, but others I have no idea.

The inputs and outputs are for Dual Link, but I don't think i've heard of anyone getting the DVI to work unfortunatly. I think I may stear clear of this puppy for now. This looks interesting but don't know much about it. http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=3557
