I have a KoF '98 US with a RED casing. It's an official cart, but was wondering if anyone else has 1 with a RED casing?? I just heard that US copies came in the BLUE casing......

You may identify a copy by its chipset. ROMs are toshiba and have SNK chipsets; the board is also labelled by SNK. I've seen bootlegs generally in black carts. Originals I've seen them in white and blue carts. Never heard of a red cart before. That must be cool.

I've found both games, thanks to all who offered.

As far as red carts... I remember seeing a few Shock Troopers carts that were red and were Korean in origin. However, I doubt that a red cart specifically means it is Korean.
