Have you looked on YAJ? I snagged a 4GB slim for under $200. Shipping will of course bring that to $300, but still a hell of a lot better than you'll pay from any of the importers.

I searched completed auctions today, & saw a boxed 360 w/ blue dragon go for ¥7500.

Check xe.com for today's spot...last I looked it was 80¥=1 usd.

If you were to have scooped the above 360; after wire fees, commission, shipping et al, it would've been to your door for about 220 usd.

Flip the game if you don't need it, & or the HD...even less.

You could also get a JUNK yrod unit for dirt cheap, & reflow it/penny trick it/send it in to MS back to life.
