Tomboy passed on SuperGun's offer.
"Thanks for the offer" and "will think about it" are polite turn down phrases.
If tomboy really used them to mean: I accept; then, Tomboy would have PM'd SuperGun by now, accepted his offer, and paid him for the carts.
How do I know tomboy has not contacted Supergun and expressed any interest in his offer? Simple: SuperGun PM'd me this afternoon and told me so. And, I PM'd him back about the carts.

Was merely stating that trolling someone else's WTB could be why Billy boy hasn't responded to you yet...perhaps he's giving the OP ample time to decide. I appreciate the effort to read into it more than face value tho.
