MK is by far the best. When it come to realism, Balance and an accurate amount of blood and bones per human body it's unmatched

I think Fatal Fury 1 is better than SF1. Apart from that, the SF series is better than Fatal Fury series, for where the games are similar in when they were released. Its pretty common knowledge that Fatal Fury is a much better series than Street Fighter. But has anyone asked why?
Is it the added depth from the multiplane environment?
Is the vast amount of unique characters and balanced gameplay?
How about the catchy music and the attention to detail that went into stage/character designs.
Or maybe it was SNK not being afraid to experiment that made each new release fresh and kept you coming back for more?

FF1 vs SF1
FF2 & FFS vs SF2 & SSF2
Real Bout series vs Alpha/Zero series
MotW vs SFIII
What stuck out about the first time I saw/played FF1 was the arcade had it right beside a SFII cab. The SFII cab was 50 cents per play and the Neo 25 cents. My brother and I would put two quarters in the FF1 cab and let one person fight the CPU until it looked like they were about to lose, then hit player 2 start. All about maximizing that playtime.
Fatal Fury 2 is better than original vanilla Street Fighter 2. You remember, the version where both players couldn't be the same character.
All characters in SF exude personality and charisma which spoke to me as a young 'un.
As much as I like SNK fighters, I think Capcom’s best are better. Vampire Savior, SFIII, Alpha 2/3, marvel series...just too good.

If we're going for realism I'd say Time Killers is more realistic. A chainsaw to a body part = one less body part. Chainsaw to the head = instant death.
Vampire Hunter is a better game than Vampire Savior. Alpha 2 is great, but 3 wasn't. Marvel series is shit.
I prefer Savior, but yeah Hunter's good too. Honestly, if I had to choose I'd take those two over any fighter on neo geo.
I'll give you Alpha 3. I don't really care for MvC 2 onwards, but xmen vs street fighter through mvc1 are great.
You think back, it's October 1990, and you see yourself getting out of a Chevy Caprice cab when a vintage boxing poster opens up before your eyes. Ali vs. Frazier comes to mind. King of Fighters, indeed. A sudden silence radiates from your stance but it's not a weakness. Just the beginning of your revenge. The Pao Pao Café is waiting, the sound of an inserted coin follows... Fight!
Yeah, Capcom's Street Fighter stories, though very detailed for every character, failed to really interconnect with each other. They have an episodic structure, as if they were added after the game development was finished. SNK however used story and atmosphere as a vehicle to make their early Neo-Geo games like NAM-1975 or Cyber-Lip or the dense masterpiece that is Art of Fighting. Story and atmosphere never felt as an excuse here, but were rather an integral part of the experience. I always admired that.

There is so much wrong going on here, I'm not even sure I have the energy to tackle it all. Basically, everything you just typed was false.fun fact. the stories of street fighter 2 wasn't added until manga entertainment decided to do a comic book series and added stories to the characters. and a lot of the stories were officially taken by capcom such as ryu and ken's rivalry and the death of their master goken.
so you are right, they were added after.
That's lucky, because Capcom has turned their Street Fighter story into incoherent, rambling gobbledygook.I could give 2 shits about a story,
