What I am refering to is Neo Geo Fan, why do people hate them, do they they screw people over and how, as you can tell i am a true newbie, so please give me the info i need so i will nat make any mistakes dealing with them in the future.

Because people spread rumors of them selling fake Neo Geo carts. Then they would stick thier name or label on the cart(I forgot what they allegedly do as far as that part).
